Return Policy

Online Registration: Due to our contracts with events, SPONDORO, INC. is unable to provide refunds to event participants. It is up to the participant to contact the event director of the event registered for to receive a refund.

Other Products and Services: If you are not satisfied with a product or service for any reason, you may request a full refund if SPONDORO, INC. is notified within 30 days of shipment or completion of service. For services, requests must be made by contacting SPONDORO, INC. Products must be returned by mail to SPONDORO, INC. 5243 Understory Ave. Boise, ID 83642. You must provide the following so that we can issue a refund:

• Customer/business Name
• Reason for returning product/service

General Provisions

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
